Our makeover photoshoots are suitable for all ages and is such a fun day out for the girls. When you’re glammed up ready for your shoot we’ll put on some good tunes and talk you through some poses so you feel totally relaxed. Don’t worry, if it gets a little hot under the lights we can use our wind tunnel and snap some photographs of the breeze in your hair towards the end of your session!

Boudoir photography, although it may sound scary, can be one of the most liberating experiences of a woman’s life. By choosing to have your Boudoir photo shoot with Fresh we can promise that not only will you end up with images to die for, you will leave feeling even more confident and beautiful than before.

We recommend bringing a few lingerie choices to get the best from your shoot such as bra and knickers, corsets, baby doll sets. Stockings and suspenders are a must - as well as killer heels! You can really personalise the shoot for yourself by bringing props that show your favourite interest or hobby or by create a special surprise for your partner and bring their favourite shirt and tie.

Your female photographer will guide you through the shoot pose by pose. Each shot will be posed and lit to suit your specific body shape, to celebrate those curves and flatter your body shape.

All our makeover and boudoir ladies are given the run of the studio – the whole space is yours! (Unlike other studios who let you share with others, we don’t).

After the shoot, you can sit back and relax, enjoy your complimentary chocolates while seeing the results on screen and this is where (you’ll probably have trouble) selecting your favourite image for your A4 and A5 prints (and any others of course).

Something for the Girls!

FA Cup coming up - don’t be a football widow, here's something JUST for the girls!

The date is looming and it’s probably the ONLY date in the calendar your other half has put a big red ring round… Yep, it’s FA Cup Final weekend at the end of this week. Another day (or possibly whole weekend) without the hubby/boyfriend. He’s possibly organised an entire celebration around just a couple of hours of watching some overgrown men run around a football pitch! Oh, ok we may be exaggerating; some of us like watching muscular thighs and calves running round and a lot of these footballers are half decent to look at too, but we know we don’t fancy spending a long 48 hours centred around one football match, no matter how important it is!

For those of you who are dreading another weekend glued to the TV watching a football match - how appealing does Wigan Athletic v Manchester City sound anyway? Either your other half is going along with all his mates, a crate of beer (beforehand of course) and no plans to return until much, much later - or he’s invited all his rowdy friends round and you’re making the tea and supplying the lager.

Get out of the house! We’ve got a special treat just for the girls. This weekend only you can enjoy the Fresh Academy all to yourself, no chanting footballers, no tea making (we’ll make it for you), and no bad language, just an 8,000 sq ft fashion studio with the very best in make-up artistry and hairstylists who will transform you into a fashion icon! Your professional photographer will be ready to whisk you onto one of the 30 purpose built sets, dressed in up to 3 of your favourite outfits. Fresh Families supporting National Family Week

27^TH May - 2^nd June at Fresh Academy Watford

For those of you who didn’t know, National Family week is almost upon us! A spectacular series of family events will be taking place across the UK from 27^th May to 2^nd June. Perfectly timed with half term, why not take the time to celebrate, raise money for various charities and have some well earned family fun!

Fresh Families is delighted to be supporting this week of events (more on that later). Others who give it the big thumbs up include David Cameron PM, Ed Milliband MP, the lovely Amanda Holden, Sir Terry Wogan, Esther Rantzen CBE and Jo Whiley, DJ.

The week of celebrations is largest annual event of its kind, supporting positive family values in the UK.  It encourages families to spend time together, sharing fun and laughter and creating lasting memories. There are so many fun activities to take part in during the week – in fact, there are over 200 national events and thousands of not-for-profit organisations showcasing their work throughout the country. Keep an eye out in your area for events happening that endorse National Family Week. There are 6,000 community events including family fun days, picnics, story times and sports days.
